As an islander…..the most important thing for me is nature, the sea and fishing. On the family's olive fields and vineyards I produce olive oil, wine and grappa, truly homemade 'bio' products. I can tell you all about the local agriculture and history of the island & if you are interested in good food, night life, clubs or wine bars….
Sime's Guest House is located in the middle of the historical center of Hvar. From here it takes only a couple of
minutes to reach every interesting spots in town. The port with beautiful yachts, local market, restaurants and bars the main square and the Cathedral.
